Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TAJLY app, provided by AWI Solutions (“TAJLY”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Acceptable use

You agree to use TAJLY lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You may not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorised means, or use it to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Subscriptions

TAJLY offers auto-renewable subscriptions billed on a monthly basis. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings — not within the app itself.

User-generated content

You are responsible for the posts, photos, and other content you share in the community. You must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and you must not infringe anyone else’s rights. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Users can report content and other users; reports are reviewed, and we may remove content and suspend or block users who violate these Terms.

Not medical advice

TAJLY provides fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, and use the app at your own discretion and risk.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AWI Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
